Construction Standard Enduro Rhino X-Series U-Series Factory Replica Motoflex

P3's legendary carbon composite skid plates are now available for the popular KTM 690 and new Husqvarna 701 Enduro models! Perhaps the only thing these bikes are lacking from the factory is a proper lower fairing that enhances the curves and radii of the LC4 engine. P3 designers wanted a look that added to the beauty of the engine while incorporating that classic P3 enduro style. The result is a product that will drastically amplify the looks of your machine while providing race-proven, #p3protected performance.

All of P3's new Carbon, Kevlar, and Biaxial Glass Fiber bash plates combine a smooth, flowing design with seamless construction. They provide your motor and frame with the most protection possible.

Skid Plate Construction Types

Standard

If you need the best all-around Skid Plate for any type of riding then this is the Skid Plate for you. It is the swiss-army knife of Skid Plates – it will work in any environment, and you will not be disappointed. However, if you need a specialized Skid Plate for Enduro, Moto or Sheep Herding then look at P3's other construction types.

Enduro

If you like trail riding, rocks, logs, trees and an occasional animal then this is the Skid Plate for you. P3 takes a Standard Skid Plate and add a proprietary layer made of Carbon / Kevlar to glide you over obstacles like butter on hot flapjacks. They also add extra cushion in the rail system to absorb those mighty blows.

Rhino

Built on P3's proven carbon construction, the Rhino Line adds an ultra-tough, proprietary outer layer - think truck bedliner tech - engineered to take brutal punishment and laugh it off. From deep ruts to brutal scrapes, this is the hardest core of hard core. If your riding style is more wrecking ball than trail fairy, the Rhino Line is your new best friend.

X-Series

If you’re riding moto then this is the Skid Plate for you. It uses proprietary fabric and epoxies to make the lightest, best moto Skid Plate in the world! It has been tested for 2 years by the top MX / SX professionals. If you’re riding trail or off-track, we wouldn’t recommend this Skid Plate.

U-Series

If you are an Enduro Rider and don’t care whether you have that sleek, sexy carbon fiber look then this is the Skid Plate for you. UHMW is a miracle material – it is a self-lubricating material that is almost indestructible. She might not be sexy but she has a great personality!

Factory Replica

This is what P3's professional off-track riders use. It is lighter and stronger than the Standard Skid Plate. However, it uses exotic composites and a time consuming fabrication process. As a result, it’s expensive. For 99.5% of riders the Standard Skid Plate is more than adequate, and P3 will stand behind it. If you want to save a pound or two then get the Factory Replica Skid Plate – otherwise, the Standard is just fine!

MotoFlex

If you are on a budget but want to step it up over plastic then this is the Skid Plate for you. Made of UHMW (thinner than U-Series), this Skid Plate will do the job for the average rider. However, if you’re competitive and/or like rocks, logs, trees and an occasional animal then this is not for you.
