Shipping policy

Most packages ship from our location in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada but some may ship from a distributors warehouse to expedite shipping times.

For international orders it is the buyers responsibility for any duties, brokerage or other fees. Customers in the United States may have duties for products made outside the United States.

Our base shipping rates includes most areas of Canada other than some remote locations on a case by case basis. Customers in the USA we require to contact us for shipping to be arranged. Be aware products not made in the USA may have a tariff upon delivery and in some cases it can be substantial.

Some provinces and states such as Yukon, NWT, Nunavut, Alaska as well as remote areas may have additional shipping charges on a case by case basis.

We ship to many additional locations that may not be shown available. Requests for shipping to other areas can be requested by email at info@assaultmoto.ca.

We do our best to ship orders as fast as possible but cannot guarantee fulfilment or shipping times. Our goal is to ship orders in 1-10 business days but they may take longer depending on our order backlog, size of order & special order or high demand items.

Items are shipped by the lowest cost option by default. Express shipments are available at an additional cost. Requests for express shipping can be sent to info@assaultmoto.ca.

We cannot guarantee your package will not be lost or damaged in transit and are unable to take responsibility if either instance does happen.

We cannot take responsibility for the accuracy of the address you entered at checkout.
